Community Food Distribution Drive
Our Community Food Distribution project is the heartbeat of YBGFK's work. Every week, our red-shirted volunteers pack and personally deliver nutritious food packages to families across Nairobi's most underserved neighbourhoods.\n\nEach package contains staple foods: maize flour, cooking oil, rice, beans, and fresh vegetables sourced from local farmers. We prioritise families with young children, elderly dependents, or members living with disability.\n\nBeyond food, every delivery is a welfare check. Our volunteers sit with families, listen to their challenges, and connect them with other YBGFK programs that can help.
